Terms of delivery

This agreement is concluded further between the COMPANY Tuisa OY (business ID 2385088-4), and further between the CUSTOMER. The contract is considered accepted by both parties after the payment is completed. These delivery conditions apply to the customer's visit to the online store, ordering the product, and delivery. The company is not obliged to notify the customer of possible changes in the terms of delivery. The company is also fully entitled to modify its own terms of delivery within the framework of Finnish law.

Ordering

Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially.

We do not use contact information provided by the customer for direct marketing without the customer's approval. And we do not hand over our customers' information to a third party without an official order.

When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to the valid delivery conditions.

Payment methods

Paytrail

Paytrail is a Finnish payment institution that allows you to shop online easily, flexibly and safely. The payment service is used in more than 10,000 online stores and online services.

Paying with the Paytrail payment service can be done with banks' online payment buttons, debit and credit cards, and invoice and installment payment services. On the bank statement and credit card invoice, Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payee for the payments.

In Finland: Paytrail's customer service serves consumers on the phone number 020 718 1830, when calling from a landline the price of the call is 8.35 cents/call + 16.69 cents/min (VAT 24%) and from a mobile phone 8.35 cents/call + 16.69 cents/min (VAT 24%) . Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices.

We reserve the right to correct the price after the order, if there has clearly been an error in the pricing and the price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level. (Article 32 of the Legal Procedure Act).

Delivery method and costs

The customer can choose the delivery method she/he wants for her/his product.

Finland:
The delivery cost of the order to the nearest Matkahuolto collection point is €5.90, to the Posti collection point €6.90. Home delivery (Matkahuolto home delivery): €10.90.
Delivery cost for orders over €59: €0 (applies to Matkahuolto's deliveries in Finland).

Deliveries to Europe (Posti International)

Posti Parcel connect to Europe 14,90 €, delivery to the door:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Bulgaria.

Posti Parcel connect to Sweden and Denmark to the pickup point 14,90 €.

Posti Parcel connect Germany 10,90 €, delivery to the door. Delivery cost for orders over €100: €0.

Postal package to Baltia (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) 8,90 €. Delivery cost for orders over €100: €0.

Posti Priority to the rest of Europe 14,90 €, delivery to the pick-up point or to the door:
United Kingdom, Cyprus, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Romania.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-3 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the online store's front page.

Exchange and return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. You have the right to open or unpack the package, check the product's properties and functionality and familiarize yourself with it in the same way as in a store. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The right of return does not apply to hygiene products.

If the product is returned, the sender is responsible for packing the product properly for transport. The seller has the right to charge the selling price of the product that has been destroyed during transport, or otherwise/otherwise damaged. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to be exchanged/returned (does not apply to the agreed satisfaction guarantee product return in Finland). Complaints accepted by Tuisa for defective products or otherwise incorrect delivery can be returned free of charge.

Uncollected order

For uncollected orders, we automatically charge delivery and handling costs when the payment is returned (€7 for orders in Finland, €15 for orders from abroad). In case of problems, contact our customer service immediately. Please note that an uncollected order is not a return according to the Consumer Protection Act.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in transit, the product must be immediately complained to the transport company. The registered person can check the personal data we have stored.

Right to rectification of data

The registered person can ask to correct incorrect or incomplete information about her/him.

The registered person can object to the processing of personal data if she/he feels that the personal data has been processed unlawfully.

Right of deletion

The registered person has the right to request the deletion of data if the processing of the data is not necessary and statutory claims prevent data deletion. We process the deletion request, after which we delete the data.
